Eduardo Fleury is the founder of FCR Law, a firm with particular expertise in tax law, national and international tax planning, M&A and Private Equity, and business law with a strong focus on complex taxation transactions.
From 1992 to 2001, he worked at the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, where he presented seminars to tax auditors at ESAF, the Training School of the Ministry of Finance. He has also lectured on tax law at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo. He writes on tax law for Brazilian magazines and newspapers regularly.
He has a degree in Economics from Universidade de São Paulo – Brazil, a Master’s Degree in International Taxation from the University of Florida – US, and a Specialization in Corporate International Tax Planning from Leiden University – Netherlands, and in Business Law, Harvard Extension School – USA.
